Royal Transfer LLC operates the customer interface and service platform. Regulated payment services, account issuance, custody of funds, AML/KYC compliance, transaction processing, and settlement services are provided by Piggy Pay Inc., a Canadian Money Services Business registered with FINTRAC.
INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Account means a unique account created for You to access the Service or parts of the Service.
Affiliate means an entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the equity interests or voting securities.

Such Personal Data is collected and processed by Royal Transfer LLC and, where applicable, by Piggy Pay Inc. acting as regulated Banking and Payments-as-a-Service (BaaS) provider, AML compliance authority, and payment infrastructure operator.

- In certain circumstances, including when you send or receive high-value or high-volume transactions, or where required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering, counter- terrorist financing, or regulatory obligations, we may request additional identification and verification information from you, including copies of bank account statements or other financial documentation.
When providing us with the Personal Data of any individual other than yourself, including any connected persons, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents from such individuals or are otherwise legally entitled to disclose their Personal Data to us.
