Royal Transfer LLC operates the customer interface and service platform. Regulated payment services, account issuance, custody of funds, AML/KYC compliance, transaction processing, and settlement services are provided by Piggy Pay Inc., a Canadian Money Services Business registered with FINTRAC.
INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Account means a unique account created for You to access the Service or parts of the Service.
