Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms under which you may access and use the services provided via https://royaltx.io (the “Services”). This Policy is effective from the moment you access or use the Services.

Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for definitions of certain capitalized terms used in this Policy.

Payment processing, AML/KYC compliance, account infrastructure, and settlement services are provided by Piggy Pay Inc., a Canadian MSB registered with FINTRAC.

1.    LIMITED ACTIVITIES

1.1    Lawful Use Only

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services:

-    in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations, or causes Royal Transfer LLC or Piggy Pay Inc. to violate any applicable law or regulation;
-    in any unlawful or fraudulent manner, or for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
-    for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any manner;
-    to distribute, store, or transmit offensive, harmful, abusive, or unlawful content;
-    for unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or any form of spam;
-    to distribute malware, viruses, spyware, or any code designed to damage or disrupt systems;
-    to evade or facilitate evasion of applicable taxes, or support tax avoidance schemes.

1.2    Unsupported Businesses and Transactions
 
We do not support businesses or transactions falling within the following categories. This list is representative but not exhaustive. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our sole discretion.

1.2.1    Regulated or Illegal Products and Services

-    Adult content, pornography, sexual services, escort services, webcams, and adult entertainment establishments.
-    Alcohol and tobacco retail.
-    Hemp, CBD, marijuana-related products, or any cannabis-related activities.
-    Controlled substances, pharmaceuticals, prescription drugs, drug paraphernalia.
-    Nutraceuticals, pseudo-pharmaceuticals, and unverified medical products.
-    Chemicals of mass consumption.
-    Counterfeit goods, unauthorized branded goods, illegal imports or exports.
-    Gambling, lotteries, betting, fantasy sports with cash prizes.
-    Any gambling-related activity involving Turkey, USA, Canada, UAE, or Singapore.
-    Intellectual property infringement.
-    Products or services illegal in the relevant jurisdiction.

1.2.2    Financial and Professional Services Restrictions

-    Binary options, depository services, escrow services.
-    FX, CFD, and derivatives trading platforms.
-    Shell banks, pension funds, syndicates.
-    Money transmission on behalf of third parties.
-    Trust and company service providers offering nominee services, offshore company formation, or concealment of beneficial ownership.
-    Financial services provided without proper licensing.

1.2.3    Prohibition of Virtual Asset and Cryptocurrency Transactions

The use of the Services for any transaction involving virtual assets or cryptocurrencies is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

-    Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, etc.);
-    Tokens, ICOs, NFTs, blockchain-based instruments;
-    Crypto exchanges, wallets, staking platforms;
-    Any blockchain-based settlements.

This prohibition exists due to regulatory compliance, AML/CFT risk mitigation, financial security, and reputational protection.

1.2.4    Other Restricted Activities

-    IPTV and VOIP services;
-    Sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions;
-    Weapons, armaments, military goods or software;
-    Non-profit organizations and charities outside approved jurisdictions;
-    Trusts and foundations outside approved jurisdictions;
-    Wildlife trafficking and endangered species products;
-    MLM schemes, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes;
-    UAE oil, gas, and shipping companies;
-    Cuba-related business activities;
-    Surrogacy-related business.

1.3    General Obligations You agree not to:
-    copy or misuse any part of the Services;
-    gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data;
-    disrupt or interfere with infrastructure, software, or third-party systems;
-    use your account in a manner likely to result in disputes, chargebacks, reversals, fines, or liabilities.

1.4    Use of Personal Accounts (Individuals) Personal accounts may only be used for:
-    receiving salary or wages;
-    receiving freelance or platform payments;
-    receiving personal transfers from friends or family.

Business payments may not be processed via personal accounts.

1.5    Permitted Outgoing Transactions (Individuals) Personal accounts may be used for:
-    transfers to your own bank accounts;
-    payments for legitimately delivered goods and services;
-    non-recurring personal transfers to friends or relatives.

2.    STANDARDS FOR USING BRAND REFERENCES AND LINKS

All materials referencing Royal Transfer LLC, Piggy Pay Inc., their services, brands, or links must:

-    be accurate and lawful;
-    comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws. Information must not:
-    be misleading, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or illegal;
-    infringe intellectual property rights;
-    impersonate others;
-    misrepresent affiliation;
-    promote illegal activity.

3.    SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may determine, at our sole discretion, whether a breach of this Policy has occurred. We may take any of the following actions:
-    immediate suspension or permanent termination of access;
-    cancellation of transactions;
-    freezing or seizure of funds where legally permitted;
-    removal of uploaded content;
 
-    issuing warnings;
-    legal proceedings and cost recovery;
-    reporting to regulators and law enforcement authorities.

4.    CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
